I'm writing more stuff!

Hi! I hope the weather is treating you well. I don’t have too many publication updates on The False Hero since the last time we spoke. I’m still eagerly awaiting the end of the editing process. I’ve started to publish short stories on Reedsy, which you can read for free! Right now I have only one story up, but I plan on posting many more. Speaking of writing other projects, I’m working on two things.

One is a modern fantasy standalone. It focuses on an underpaid employee being left something…magical…in their boss’ inheritance. Don’t be surprised when you see me looking for alpha readers in a few months!

The second is the sequel for TFH. I tell you, I forgot how difficult coming up with titles is for me. It’s one of the hardest parts of writing a book, in my opinion. Spend months to years crafting and perfecting a story? Absolutely! Coming up with its forever name? Sweat inducing. I feel a lot like a detective in a crime noir film staring at a conspiracy board. It’ll come to me. Eventually.

Anyway! That’s all from me this week. My birthday is coming up, so I’ll be taking a bit of a writing break. After that, it’s back to business!
